Delete your CaelAir account

This page explains how to delete your account for the CaelAir app and the caelair.com client portal, both provided by CaelAir.

Option 1: In the CaelAir app

Open the CaelAir app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my CaelAir account", sending from the email address on your account.

We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, email address, and password.
All files in your account (photos, video, documents, invoice PDFs).
Your notes.

What may be kept

Appointments already on CaelAir's business calendar, and invoice records CaelAir is required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years).
Quote requests you sent through the contact form, until CaelAir deletes them. Ask in your email if you want these removed too.
